1. What We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our website, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• Event details (type, date, guest count, requested services)
• Any message or notes you choose to include

If your event is completed and you choose to leave us a review, we also collect your rating and the text of your review.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation
• Contact you about your booking via WhatsApp, email, or phone
• Send reminders about your upcoming event, if booked
• Keep records for our own business and accounting purposes

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Reviews are the one exception to the above: if you submit a review after your event, we review it before publishing, and — unlike the rest of your data — your name and review text may then be displayed publicly on our website. Submitting a review is always optional, and you can ask us to remove a published review at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely in our booking system, which requires a password to access and is only accessible by authorized staff. We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfil your booking and for reasonable record-keeping afterward.

4. Third-Party Services

To operate our booking system, some of your data passes through the following service providers, solely to deliver the service described:

• Email delivery (for booking confirmations and notifications)
• WhatsApp Business messaging (for communicating with you)

5. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. To make such a request, please contact us via WhatsApp or through our contact form.
